Fanscape turned to Juiceboxd to construct the first ever Facebook travel trivia game for an online travel agency. Being the jet-setters we are, we were happy to oblige.
Currently live on the Hotels.com USA Facebook page throughout all of 2012, this unique Facebook application entices users to visit the fan page on a daily basis to answer trivia questions in hopes of winning Hotels.com’s loyalty currency, Welcome Rewards. With real time results, users are able to find out where they place on the global leader board on daily, weekly, and monthly levels. Users are also able to sign up for Welcome Rewards before playing if they are not currently a member.
The information collected from the Facebook application is sent back to Hotels.com to inform them of which members in their database may be more inclined to respond to exclusive Facebook deals. A fun and effective way to keep the audience coming back to your page!
